Very sorry to read this. If you had location enabled maybe you can see where they are and notify police of location?
Hope insurance will work and that you had backups. Be safe, be well.
All the fences around know not to buy stolen Macs, because of encryption and security of Apple products. They look for those who don't know much about Macs. Otherwise they go to the strippers who dismantle them for parts. Not sure how that will work for the 2020 M1. I locked the laptops as soon as they were gone. But they haven't gone online since. There's hope that I will be compensated for the laptops. Thanks guys

MBP11,1 will serve for longer!
Battery capacity quickliy deteriorated in the last days. When looking into the MBP, the battery was inflated a bit. But the rest of the machine is in very good state... so replaced the battery today (cost 62 Swiss francs) instead of going for a new machine as originally planned. The old battery lived for 530 cycles in 11 years. Not bad.

The 2013 hardware and OCLP are still an excellent couple. Thanks developers!

iPhone calls only appear on the Sequoia to be answered with the Mac awake. Previously on the Ventura running natively on the MBP 2017, the touch bar gave the option to answer or decline them with the device in sleep mode. Was there a change in continuity mode on the Sequoia, or is this a behavior due to the use of OCLP on Macs with T1 chip?

I know it's too late but I really recommend spending a few bucks more on a proper NewerTech battery. I've had two instances so far of cheaper noname batteries (both ordered through Apfelkiste which to me seems more and more to be not much better than a cheap China ware dropshipping company) that inflated within less than a year...

You are right, thanks for the word of caution. I'll treat the battery kindly and will continue to use AlDente to limit charging to 80%, and hope the best... for two more years with that MBP11,1.
Anyway also quality batteries can have a short life. My MBP5,2 once got a new one, installed by Apple, which lived only for 1.5 years.

Off-topic, but I agree. Go with the NewerTech.

I was working on flashing a Sapphire Pulse RX 580 today.
I was able to get to the part where I was doing the terminal commands with homebrew but I got the not enough memory issue due to the 128k limit.
Looked at the next part of the guide where it goes into deleted the VGA support to make room but I was completely lost by the instructions. (Homebrew was a bit confusing until I watched a video on it.)
I was wondering if anyone has a EnableGop rom for this version of Sapphire Pulse RX 580 that they could send me so I can flash my card with.
Looking for the Device ID 100267DF - 1DA2 E353
I tried the Netkas download but it was the wrong sub id
Thanks in advance

I had the same problem some time ago. Try earlier EnableGop version.

yes, I second that, replaced my early 2015 13" MBP (spoofed to 15,2) battery last year with Newer Tech , excellent quality with 40 cycles now.

There's an iFixit battery in this 2015 15"... 96 cycles and still has more capacity than designed original...
